At Static Army, many of our products are made-to-order, handcrafted, or specialty replica display pieces. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase while recognizing the unique nature of these products.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must include all components originally supplied with it.
- You must contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Static Army.
Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Products that are customized, personalized, specially commissioned, or manufactured specifically to a customer’s requested specifications are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
If a custom or made-to-order product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the product and, when applicable, the shipping packaging
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, replacement component, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require photographs or inspection of the packaging.
Cancellations
Because many Static Army products are produced specifically for an order, please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.
Orders that have not entered production or shipped may generally be canceled for a full refund.
Once production of a custom or made-to-order item has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Customized or personalized products
- Specially commissioned products
- Products manufactured to customer-requested specifications
- Items that have been modified, damaged, assembled incorrectly, painted, altered, or used after delivery
- Clearance or final-sale items when clearly identified as such before purchase
Replica & Display Products
Static Army products are sold as non-functional replicas, display pieces, collectibles, models, or props unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.
Normal cosmetic variations associated with 3D printing, hand finishing, assembly, or manufacturing are not necessarily considered defects.
