Not Real Military Equipment
Static Army products may reproduce the general appearance, dimensions, markings, components, or other characteristics of actual military equipment.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products sold by Static Army are replicas and are not authentic operational military weapons or equipment.
Customers should carefully review individual product descriptions before purchasing.
Responsible Use
Realistic replica products must be handled responsibly.
Never display, carry, brandish, point, or use a replica in a manner that could reasonably cause another person or law-enforcement officer to believe that an actual weapon presents an immediate threat.
Static Army products must never be used to:
- Threaten or intimidate another person.
- Commit or assist in committing a crime.
- Impersonate military or law-enforcement personnel for unlawful purposes.
- Create a false emergency or dangerous situation.
- Misrepresent a replica as a functional weapon.
Use particular caution when transporting or displaying realistic replicas in public.
Transportation & Storage
We recommend transporting realistic replica products secured and concealed in an appropriate case, container, or packaging whenever practical.
Do not unnecessarily expose realistic replicas in public locations.
Products should be stored securely and responsibly, particularly when children or unauthorized individuals could have access to them.
Modification & Conversion
Static Army products are sold for their intended non-functional purposes.
Customers should not attempt to modify, convert, reinforce, or otherwise alter a Static Army replica for the purpose of creating a functional weapon or a device capable of firing ammunition or dangerous projectiles.
Any unauthorized modification or misuse is solely the responsibility of the person performing or directing that modification, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Laws & Regulations
Laws concerning replicas, imitation weapons, realistic props, military collectibles, markings, transportation, public display, possession, sale, and importation vary by jurisdiction.
Purchasers are responsible for determining and complying with the laws and regulations applicable to them and their location.
Static Army reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe that completing the transaction or shipment could violate applicable law, regulation, carrier requirements, or other restrictions.
International Customers
International customers are responsible for determining whether a replica product may legally be imported into and possessed within their destination country or jurisdiction.
Customs agencies or other government authorities may inspect, delay, refuse, seize, or return packages containing realistic replica products.
Static Army cannot guarantee customs clearance for international shipments.
Product Identification & Markings
Certain jurisdictions may require specific markings, coloration, plugs, identification features, or other characteristics for particular types of imitation or replica products.
Where a product is subject to such requirements, customers should not remove, conceal, alter, or defeat legally required safety or identification markings.

Because some Static Army products are 3D printed, assembled, painted, or finished by hand, minor cosmetic differences may occur between the product shown and the product received.
