Products
Static Army specializes in non-functional replica military display pieces, models, collectibles, and props.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a product listing, our replica products:
- Are intended for display, collection, theatrical, prop, educational, or decorative purposes.
- Are not functional weapons.
- Are not designed or intended to fire ammunition or projectiles.
- Should not be represented or used as functional weapons.

Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order by Static Army.

Some Static Army products realistically resemble military equipment or weapon systems even though they are manufactured and sold as non-functional replicas.
Purchasers are responsible for using, displaying, transporting, storing, and possessing replica products responsibly and in accordance with applicable federal, state, local, and international laws.
Do not carry, display, brandish, or use a replica product in a manner that could reasonably cause another person or law-enforcement officer to believe that an actual weapon presents an immediate threat.
Static Army products should never be used to threaten, intimidate, deceive, or harm another person.

Modification of Products
Static Army replica products are sold for their stated non-functional purpose.
Customers should not modify or attempt to convert a Static Army product into a functional weapon or device capable of firing ammunition or dangerous projectiles.
Static Army assumes no responsibility for unauthorized modifications, alterations, or misuse occurring after delivery to the extent permitted by applicable law.
