At Static Army, many of our products are made-to-order, handcrafted, or specialty replica display pieces. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Some Static Army products may require manufacturing, printing, assembly, finishing, or packaging before shipment.
Estimated processing times shown on individual product pages are estimates and are separate from the shipping/transit time provided by the carrier.
During periods of high demand, large or complex orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping & Delivery
Available shipping methods and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Static Army’s control, including weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Addresses

Lost Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. You may also contact Static Army for assistance.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
- A description of the damage
Please retain the original packaging while the claim is being reviewed.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide replacement components, replace the product, arrange a repair, or issue an appropriate refund.
Large & Oversized Products
Some Static Army products may be large, heavy, or unusually shaped and may require oversized packaging.
Additional shipping charges may apply to these products and will generally be shown during checkout or communicated before the order is completed.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary by product and destination.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they purchase are legal to import, possess, and receive in their destination country or jurisdiction.
International customers may also be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless specifically stated otherwise.
Static Army cannot guarantee that a shipment will clear a foreign country’s customs or import requirements.
Replica & Display Products
Static Army specializes in non-functional replica military display pieces, models, collectibles, and props.
Certain products may resemble military equipment or weapon systems despite being manufactured as non-functional display items. Shipping carriers, customs agencies, or government authorities may inspect or delay these shipments.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations concerning the purchase, possession, transportation, or importation of replica items in their jurisdiction.
